“Your Birth, Your Way” is a unique birth and postpartum preparation workshop for couples, offered over 2 days. The method was developed and refined by New Life Midwives Alex and Jannie over the past 12 years. Combining the collective wisdom of the women we have journeyed with, midwifery knowledge and experience and various other holistic education, we honour the woman as the authoritative knowledge of her body. We teach with passion as you explore resources in a range of different ways, leaving you more empowered for the journey ahead.
